V2V Gems In The Making aims to enhance the lives of women. We believe every woman can become the best version of herself, shine bright like a beautiful gem, and live a whole, happy, and successful life. We believe that one's overall growth is necessary to excel in any area of life.

We offer products and services that promote mental, emotional, social, and spiritual growth. We believe that our products and services can create long-term changes in the lives of women who participate in any of our programs, attend any of our events, or purchase any of our products.

V2V derived from a book written by the owner, Yolanda Marshall Nickerson, entitled From Victim to Virtuous, which represents brokenness to wholeness.

Yolanda Marshall Nickerson is an entrepreneur, empowerment speaker, mentor, author, and an anti-bullying advocate. Yolanda has written fifteen inspirational self-help books. Her first book, From Victim to Virtuous, is where V2V Gems In The Making derived. Yolanda shares her story of brokenness in her book. The beginning of her mental, social, and emotional healing process began when she started writing her first book, realizing how necessary it was to become a whole woman so that she could lead a happy and successful life and, more importantly, walk in her purpose. She found her purpose in her painful past and discovered the beautiful Gem within herself.

Yolanda has a strong passion to help women become their best selves. She has used her books to inspire women of all ages and her voice to empower women at her conferences and empowerment sessions.

Years ago, Yolanda decided to create another avenue to help women. V2V Gems In The Making, LLC was birthed in 2011. Over the years, Yolanda has put together programs, products, and services to offer through her business.

Yolanda has a master's degree in accounting, a master's degree in public management, and a bachelor's degree in business administration.
