Get Up Sis Empowerment Session

This empowerment session is for women of all ages, providing an intimate and social space to be empowered, inspired, and strengthened to get up and stay up. At this session, we get to dialogue with each other, build each other up, encourage and push each other, network, and eat a delicious meal. We discuss a different topic each time we meet. We believe in the difference we can make in someone's life through positive dialogue. At the end of each session, everyone is encouraged to tell someone else, "Get Up, Sis. I am here to build you up and not tear you down."

This empowerment session is held every third Monday from

6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m., and the following Saturday, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

There is a fee of $45.00
